"Rachel and her staff are nothing but exceptional with what they do! Not only the amazing job every time I visit but they all are so welcoming and thet make you feel right at home. They all have the knowledge of all the products of what she uses and sells and how to use them and weather or not they will work for you! When I came to Rachel the 2nd time for my hair to be dyed cut and styled I explained how my hair had become so brittle and thin that I was even nervous about dying it. She explained to me what I needed to use and also explained that from the driest time she dyed my hair I still had red in and that I wouldnt pull the colors I wanted due to that so we went with the sunset instead of purple to silver /white frost ends. When I came back after my hair not only grew over an inch( that is a lot for me) in 9 weeks my hair felt thicker, was getting stronger, and starting to get the shine back. So we decided to go 4 it this time but again then after bleach had orange tones so we decided all purple until my hair was strong enough to handle extensions b.c she said to me I know this is what you want but I am not a stylist who will ruin your hair I cant bleach you again so we can do the same with extensions. So we agreed on them once my hair strengthened back up from this bleach. What I'm trying to get at she wont bleach it to get a color and kill your hair she will tell u other options that she is willing to do to make ur look come true a healthier way that works with your hair type. Some people can handle more bleach my hair cant and the products have seriously changed my way of thinking and my life. My mom who was a hair dresser for 20 years has been using box dyes since went to Rachel and loved how she did her hair exactly what she asked for and knew what my mom wanted before she even finished explaining. One of my friends saw my hair the 2nd time and asked me questions about Rachel not even a week after her appointment was booked and a few weeks later another master piece has been created. Hair dressers are artists, to make a beautiful portrait takes time patience and the right eye for it so make sure you find the right one for your self portrait and treat them as if they were Leonardo Da Vinci getting ready to paint your Mona Lisa.
