"The food was amazing!! I ordered the Boneless Curry Thighs and would definitely order it again. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dish. The place was quiet and we were the only ones there. Not really excited about their choice of shows on TV but whatever. The staff was attentive for the most part, and they checked to see if we liked the food. However, the cashier at the end had no personality."
"The server was great. Friendly and did not hesitate to tell us about the long wait for our food. The wait for meals is longer but the atmosphere is cool with great music and just a nice crowd/comfortable setting. The drinks are on point as well. The food … I have had better. If you want yummy Caribbean food I recommend going to a spot in uptown/NW DC or Jerk Pit in college park."
"Took more than 10 min. for the server to get to my table and I had to go to the hostess to ask for the server to come to my table. Noticing a disparity in service. Another table, which was sat later than mine, received service from a different server in less than 5 min. within being seated. While the server was kind, she didn't check on the table too often. The pictured ribs were a "half-rack" and priced at $25. They were closer to a 1/4 rack. Moderately tender and tasted good. Great Mac & cheese though. Overall, don't recommend this establishment. Not worth the time/money."
"I haven’t been in awhile. The food was still really good. My favs are the jerk wings, brussel sprouts and the BBQ chicken flat bread. The happy hour menu has a lot of options. I love the pineapple ginger drink. They have music and an outside area as well."
