"I'm no expert on Pho. I searched for good chicken soup near me and this place came up so I gave it a try. Wow! Not you mom's traditional chicken soup, but this is delicious. Replace Mom's Carrots and Celery with jalapeno peppers and Bean sprouts. The broth is fantastic, the chicken is in generous portions and the scallions, mint leaves and two sauces create magnificent flavor together. I feel better already."
"Great size soup for the cost and they don't skimp on the meat. Broth needs some work, it's just basic beef broth. Boba was good. On-street parking was easy to find."
"Ironically the best Pho in this area of Maryland- coming fr a Pho connoisseur who grew up in LA! Even though the staff is not Asian, the owner is, and clean has a great recipe for making tasty authentic pho beef broth. Staff are friendly and attentive."
"First time coming to this restaurant looks clean and organized, service seems good too! I always make sure the restaurant is clean before I order so I’m happy it’s clean here. Took a lil long to get my drinks and food about 25-30 min it’s worth the wait. Tonight I ordered Thai tea with bubbles and a bah mi chicken sandwich! I will leave an honest review because I love Thai food! I love trying different locations for Thai food and comparing them to see which place in the dmv has the best Thai food. The Thai tea here is okay wish the bubbles were more softer and squishy they tasted a little harder then normal and they aren’t sweet next time I won’t get the bubbles. Needs more evaporated milk next time as well. The sandwich looks great next time I want more jalapeños I asked for extra veggies but it needed more unfortunately. On the good news the chicken is very flavorful very hot. The vegetables tasted very fresh jalapeños had a nice flavor to it in the cilantro, also tasted very will definitely be purchasing the sandwich again, but with extra vegetables on the side and before I leave, I’ll make sure it’s added I definitely recommend this. Please try the sandwiches. I hope next time the bread isn’t as hard but I still like it would’ve been 5 stars ⭐️ if the bubbles were soft and fresh and if it had more evaporated milk and wasn’t as watered down and if the bread was soft and not hard and crunchy but the good service makes up for it! I will be coming back thank you so much !"
"We stopped by for lunch, based off the positive google maps review. If we dove deeper and read the reviews, we would have avoided. Street parking (2 hours or less) is available for ease of parking. Entering Phở Viet 75, there are tables on opposite walls, and a clear walking path to the register. After being seated, service was friendly and quick. The phở is what we ordered, what we received fell short of many other restaurants we had the pleasure of dining at. The broth was lacked an aroma, it was also bland and cloudy. The thinly sliced meat cuts were tough, and the noodles arrived soggy. The plate of add ins (bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes) were fresh, but added little to brighten the broth. Only hoisin sauce is available at the tables, and it is overly sweet. Asked the staff for sriracha, they told us they had none. We asked for other brands (we are fully aware of the Huy Fong shortage), they had none. They did not even have a house made sauce either. They did have hot sauce (taste like tapatio), but it too added little flavor to the phở."
