"I decided to grab a quick lunch a fire house and I wanted to try out the new chicken parm sandwich! It was really good surprisingly! I ordered a medium size which was very filling. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful. Definitely, something you wanna try!"

"We made a quick stop for a steak and cheese. I will remain neutral on service and atmosphere as we ordered and left. The food was pretty good. The sandwich was hot, moist and surprisingly tasty. The bread was different and very good. For a quick stop, it was very pleasant. We will return and check consistency."

"I was hoping to have a good experience at this location as I have always had a great experience at others. I had an offer code that required me to order through the app, however it kept showing up as expired. Myself and one other inside of the store were having the same issue and when speaking with the store manager, Bripesh he said that there was nothing he could do and found it unfair for him to have to accommodate. Despite this situation being out of our control as customers. Some way to run a business huh? Needless to say, I love Firehouse Subs but I will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service and lack of accommodation."

"This Firehouse Subs gets my vote for “Most Improved Player” in Laurel. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. It’s overall one of the best values in town and has more variety than most sub shops. If you’re tired and just want something fast and delicious for dinner that’s not fast food, this Firehouse Subs has you covered. Our favorites are the Italian (served hot), the New York Steamer, the Meatball, and the Cajun Chicken. These get supplemented by monthly specials, such as the Prime Rib Steak and Cheese, the Pepperoni Meatball, or the Pork and Slaw. And, miracle of miracles, their Coke 100®️ machine actually works! Decades ago, Lee Iacocca said, “The speed of the leader is the speed of the team.” This store is living proof. New management has breathed life into a great concept. The original franchise owner was terrible, but since June 2022, the new owner has made quality and service the priorities. He is often in the store doing his computer work or training staff himself, and stepping behind the counter when needed. This has become one of our go-to places. Highly recommended."

"This place is simply amazing. We went to Firehouse Subs in Laurel and the customer service wowed us. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The food is fresh and came out fast. Those are by far the best subs we have had and for every purchase, a percentage goes to support the local fire fighters. I highly recommend this location and will return very often.
