"Happened to come across this restaurant when in Laurel and it was my first time trying African food. The interior is nicely decorated and Bianka was incredibly welcoming and kind! She recommended the African D’jino drink and I got the fish stew along with Jollof rice and fufu. Everything was incredibly flavorful and delicious with good portion sizes and presentation. I’ll be back. Must visit!"
"I'm an American, and I must say, this is the finest Nigerian cuisine I've ever experienced. The ambiance here is delightful, and their customer service is remarkably attentive. The goat stew is truly exceptional, and I had my first taste of escargot, which I found quite enjoyable. Even my friend tried the fisherman's soup and had a great experience. This has become my favorite spot for authentic Nigerian cuisine."
"This is the best place to get authentic African food. Chef Bianka is very passionate and extremely professional. I don’t like eating fish out of my house, but when I got fish from Pleroma, I have never looked back. Don’t sleep on this place."
"So I ordered my food on the phone and they said between 20-40 min. So I came in at 45 min and it still was not ready. I had to wait an hr for it. When I got the salmon dish, the salmon was barely the size of my palm! I will never order again. Not only is it poor customer service but not worth the price."
