"Absolutely the worst BBQ meal I've ever had. It's been a few years , but I was celebrating and BBQ is my favorite. Family of 3 adults 2 children. All starving Brisket was Grey, fatty and tasteless. RIBS seemed burnt on the outside , and below average, but far from the worst on my plate. Pulled pork and Turkey were horrendously bad. Zero taste. The sausage was actually good. What happened to this place? I recall tasty and ample meat sampler. Service , for godsakes smile , and please stop acting like your in a rush. Even if you are is off-putting. So yes we ate it , kids and adults were hungry, but I voiced my opinion to the server and she said she would tell management. I wonder if she did. We were there long enough after the check that you would think a manager would have come out. So that's $100 out the window. Just so disappointing. I did leave the server 20% , only because I've worked for tips and it's not like she was mean , just not good. Will never be back."

"This used to be one of my favorite places. Came a few months ago and the food was terrible. We got the pulled pork sandwich and a burger. I’m not sure which one was worse. I used to love the pulled pork sandwich. The potato salad certainly isn’t what it used to be.. Decided to give them another try this evening. We were seated right away and the sat there waiting and waiting. No one ever came over to take our order or even to say hey sorry for the wait OR someone will be right with you. We finally got up and left. Did this place change owners or something???"

"I'm giving it one star for the ribs and baked beans. The brisket was trash. Whoever said the brisket is good, thinks Taco Bell is authentic Mexican food. The sides are tiny. Mac n cheese looks like white soup with noodles. Hush puppies fried too hard. They are supposed to be soft and hot. Completely missed here. Would not recommend this spot to anyone. Trash."

"I had never heard of Red Hot and Blue before, so I didn't have any preconceived opinions about it. I found the layout of the dining room and bar areas to be cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I ordered the catfish meal and the two sides I chose were the Mac & cheese and the hush puppies. The catfish was really really good. They buy it fresh and hand bread it themselves. So none of the pathetic low quality methods like buying pre-breaded frozen fish fillets. Glad they do it right here. The only gripe I have is that parking is extremely difficult and inconvenient, because they don't have a parking lot. So their customers just have to drive round and round and round the streets, hoping to God that eventually a parking spot will open up. But then when one finally does, chances are it'll be a long, long walk to get to the restaurant. Not at all good for those who have trouble walking, but who aren't quite bad enough to have a handicapped parking qualification."

"We visited this restaurant last night, and overall, we had a decent experience. First of all, I must say that the ambience of the place is quite nice, with vintage decor and comfortable seating arrangements. The staff was also polite and courteous, and they welcomed us with smiles. However, we were slightly disappointed with the food quality as it didn't live up to our expectations. The taste was average and the flavors seemed to be lacking a bit. On the positive side, we appreciated the timely service. Overall, this restaurant has its highlights and it's not a terrible option, but it's not a place we will be rushing back to anytime soon."
