"My stylist was super rude & argumentative!!! My hair came out really nice but my experience with Deche was honestly horrible. there were a few minor things that rubbed me the wrong way about my service but the main problem was when she insisted on arguing with me over a miscommunication we had about my hair. Her tone became very aggressive and instead of doing whatever she could to remedy the problem, she stated “You’re wrong, I asked you and you said no, I know what I heard, there’s nothing I can do about it”. I asked her if she was upset because of how she was talking to me & she said something along the lines of “No I’m just being direct”. I knew there was an easy fix but she insisted on being argumentative and claimed there wasn’t. I was getting a side part sew in and wanted minimal leave out & she thought I said I didn’t want leave out on the side of my hair. I in-fact did. She said the few braids she had done at that point were all connected, and she would have to take them all out to give me leave out. My hair is very short & I knew it wouldn’t have taken much effort to undo the one braid that was needed to separate my leave out. I knew it would be easy to pull the perimeter braid apart from the other braid it was connected to, but she made it seem as if it would be something super extraneous to go back and do. After i suggested tugging on the perimeter braid to free the end of it in an effort to avoid having to take all the braids out, she told me she wasn’t going to do that (as if she had a problem pulling on my hair when she had just used the end of a rat tail comb to pull my edges out of the braid in question). With an attitude she said “I’m not going to do it, you can do it”. So I did, and just as suspected it easily came loose because my hair is short & she was able to easily unbraid it & give me what I wanted.. what I was paying for….. My hair ended up coming out nice but if I knew I would’ve had to deal with her attitude I would have never booked with her, I was proud of myself for keeping my composure and taking the high road but it was an extremely uncomfortable situation. She ended up changing her attitude by the end of the appointment & engaged in small talk with me. I even tipped her & most ppl definitely would not have done that. Most people probably would’ve gotten out of that chair. So yeah, over all the final result will come out nice if you book with her, but good customer service is a gamble. Your stylist shouldn’t be arguing with you"

"Telly is very thorough, flexible, and patient. My first experience at the shop I was impressed with the set up. It's literally an all in one from hair to nails to feet to shopping. It was a great time chatting with all the ladies, made the time go by quicker. Although she ran late, I could appreciate her thoroughness and not cutting corners. She did an amazing job on my hair and have been complimented on my hair constantly. I'll be back, thank you!"
