"Came for a quicj bite while my dog is at the groomers. The service and environment are inviting and friendly. Restaurant is clean and warm. Greeted and served as I walked through the door. The server Kimia was helpful and patient with the kids hustling around us and I had her repeat her questions and my order often. The food came out quick and fresh which is always a concern at fast foods. Everything was great, the chicken was smaller than the buns and overshadowed by the veggies, but I reckon the large amount of fries spilling out of my box made up for it. Food is often consistent and one of the better Chick-Fil-A I have visited."

"This is the closest location to me, so I come here quite often, mostly through the drive through. I have dined in a couple times. I have always received great service. There's only been a couple times that I was not satisfied with something, but it was corrected fairly quickly. The staff are friendly and always nice. The dining area is clean and has plenty of room inside. They also have available seating outside for when the weather is nice. They can get quite busy during lunch, especially with people with kids. There is a play area thing for kids. They always get orders out pretty fast. The food is what you'd expect from any chick-fil-a: same portion sizes and same taste. I do want crispier fries more often than not, though. Overall, mostly really positive experiences."

"I am beyond grateful and impressed with this location! My son is going through a tough week, and specifically requested lunch from Chick-fil-a, but his lunch is at 10:35. I called and asked for them to please make an exception to the 10:30 start time for lunch service, and they happily obliged!! I am very impressed with the customer service, as silly as it sounds it will mean a lot to him. : )"

"On occasion, we visit the Lansdowne location; however, we are weekly Chick-fil-A'ers (if that's a thing!). Our go-to store is the CFA at Leesburg, near Kohls/Target/Costco. I have noticed a common theme every time we visit this location; 1) your large fry is never a large serving, it's more like a medium 2) the employees seem rather clueless (the few times we have gone inside to order) 3) I always have to double-check my order as 9 out of 10 times something is missed Not to mention, last night I ordered a salad that was soggy and rather questionable. I wasn't going to risk eating it and getting sick. When you're paying $10 for a salad you at least pray you're receiving edible lettuce. They also forgot the blueberries and I was served questionable apples in my salad. Overall, I would caution everyone to double-check their orders prior to leaving CFA Lansdowne."
