"I went to the restaurant at 3:00 PM. There were very few customers. I ordered the same salad that I always order. When I got home, I noticed that some of the ingredients that are advertised as being part of the salad had not been included in my salad. I called the restaurant to tell them about the mistake, and the manager I spoke to did not express any concern about the mistake they had made. She even hung up on me. This was very rude. The prices have increased lately, and to not include all of the ingredients is unacceptable. I will never return to this Chick Fil A and encourage others to stay away. This is not the Chick Fil A service that Mr. Cathy established."

"My son placed a mobile order and was given wrong items (2 hash browns instead of chicken minis). He didn’t realize until he got to school so he couldn’t go back to the store. I called the store and was told he would be given credits. That didn’t happen. I called several times and even submitted messages via the app, no response. I’m extremely disappointed in the service!"

"We've been to this location many times and have received good service, however, today we faced the rudest service I've encountered at a CFA. After giving us an incorrect kid's meal item in the drive through, I parked and went inside to request the correct item (and stop some kiddo tears). Two staff members spoke to me and told me I was wrong about what I ordered and would need to pay for the correct item. They then questioned where the incorrect item was, which remained in the car, as I didn't think they'd want food back they had already given to a child. After multiple attempts, and an employee insisting on pulling up and printing the order, the two women refused to give us the correct item. By that time we were running late for a class and couldn't spend anymore time straightening something so simple out, so we left without the item. Truly disappointing from a CFA!"

"This is a really well run location. The staff is very friendly but extremely efficient which is an incredible combo. You see the owner working on a regular basis and not just standing around. Sets an amazing example that hard work leads to positive results and a positive attitude is a force multiplier with the application servant leader mentality! Wow, that got deep fast…"
