Golden Tree Nails & Spa 14625 Mount Airy Road, Shrewsbury, PA 17361

"I have been going here consistently, every two/three weeks since I moved here from Florida in July. The last few times I have gone, my nails have broke after a week of being on. Nothing has changed in my day to day life. Yesterday, I went there and they were booked so I went somewhere else which I really didn’t want to do. I came back to get my nails painted by them because I get the same color every single time and when I went in, it seemed like they were upset that I went somewhere else. They proceeded to tell me that they have never carried the color I ALWAYS get when I go there. So to save the argument, I chose a different color. AFTER they started painting my nails with gel color, they proceeded to tell me it was going to be $30. $30 for them to PAINT my nails. Now I could understand if I had color on my nails and they needed to remove it prior to painting them, but that was not the case. They were extremely rude and unprofessional about this when I was clearly upset. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. I spend a lot of money here because I always get a fill, pedicure and a service done for my daughter and I have been very loyal to them up until yesterday. I was so upset when I left there at how they treated me, I cried. Do not go here! They only care about getting money, not keeping clients."

"My fourth time here and everyone on staff is fantastic. I got an aloe pedicure and gel manicure, and both were done so well and professionally. They have always done a fantastic job in my experience. Additionally, I’m 39 weeks pregnant, and during my manicure today, I had a major hot flash and dip in blood sugar which caused me to faint/black out for a couple seconds. While I was fading back into consciousness, nearly the entire staff was scrambling to cool me down with fans, ice packs, and get me water/soda. (Thankfully a medic was not needed!) I was extremely embarrassed to have caused such a scene, but everyone was so caring and went out of their way to make sure I was okay. So, a huge shout out and thank you to Golden Tree and all of their wonderful staff, not only for the beautiful nails, but for going above and beyond to make sure I was okay today! "

"I got my nails done by Vic. I will not be returning. My nails were long when I came in and I left with short chunky nails. I got a dip manicure. It was a rushed service and I got a small cut on the corner of my nails due to just being a rushed service. Now I have to go home and fix my nails after spending $50. One my nails was filed crooked.. like how does that happen. I wish I had pictures of my nails before.. it was very long and even.chunky nails because it was not filed correctly. If your nails look like this after getting your nails done, I’m sorry for you."

"This was the first time I went to Golden Tree, and I had a great experience! My usual place was booked, so I decided to give it a go. I had a man (Freddy, I believe?) who did my liquid gel fill in, and I was so pleased with how careful he was, and he listened to all my requests (I don't like them too thick, I wanted the shape to be more square than I had on, etc). We even connected through small talk as I am Korean, and we were talking about good restaurants and hair salons. :) I was so pleased that I made another appointment to get a pedicure!"

"Water in the basin was very hot, did a lousy job at trimming toenails, didn’t cover the whole nail bed with polish, nail polish on skin and not cleaned up. The complimentary massage was very rough. Will look for another salon, waste of money"
