"Worse time ever there Stefanie is the worse person I ever dealt with I have been a customer there for many years and never had a problem with an appointment until today Stefanie gave me a time awaited 10 minutes past the time and the whole time she talked to lady said nothing to mention my time for my appointment i get something to eat and another person geting a hair cut no call when i left my phone no without a call she takes someone else she takes cash for hair cuts and don't ring up in cash register shady"

"Booked an online appointment for my daughter over an hour before the available appointment time of 12pm. Once I arrived on time for out scheduled appointment I was told that the online booking doesn’t work right or take already made in store appointments into consideration. I was told that there would be 3 other people ahead of us before we could be seen for the scheduled appointment. We went elsewhere for service. I gave 3 stars purely because the staff that I spoke with in store was pleasant."
