"We had a nice experience at Sol Oaxaca. The restaurant is very spacious and beautiful inside, with an outdoor area and bar indoors. It was not particularly busy on a weekday afternoon, and we were seated right away. The service and food were really great, and I loved the guacamole, salsa trio, and tacos I ordered. Portion sizes are quite generous considering the price. Would love to come back again and try the cocktails and drinks."
"I’ve been here twice since it opened and both times have been great. The margaritas are amazing, the guacamole is perfect and I love the street tacos. Perfect seasoning and great flavorful sauces. I am a parent and I love that there is a playground outside so I can take my kids out there for a bit while we wait on food. Both the servers we have had have been fantastic. Can’t wait for the spring summer as the outdoor space is a perfect hangout."
"This is my first time at this restaurant. I was greeted at the door. Self seating at the bar. It took a few minutes for someone to come over to me, but it wasn't too long of a wait. I ordered a passion fruit margarita, and it was well made. I like a drink that gives you a buzz, and it did just that. They have a happy hour menu, which is always nice (considering the increase of everything) that drink is on the HH menu. I ordered street 2 steak 1 chicken tacos from the HH menu. They were dry. The steak was tough. I was disappointed, but I still managed to eat them. I don't like to complain at the restaurant, but reviews get your point across. Overall, the staff was kind of friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was nice, it's decorated with a Christmas tree and other Christmas decor. It was an ok experience. The drinks were awesome to me!"
"The guac tasted a bit bland and felt like it was missing something. The cochinita pibil was really good. It was juicy and flavorful. Although the food was a bit pricy, I would still come back! I ordered tacos to-go and it was underwhelming. The cochinita tacos were good but I wish it didn't include the pink stuff."
"Very nice lunch spot, will be back again soon with friends! Had a great meal a little after noon, quick seating, clean and friendly atmosphere. Very please with the food, this is exactly the kind of spot I’ve been waiting for. The outdoor dining experience was A+ as well as the attentive server."
