"Does anyone know how to get in contact with the store directly? My order has been cancelled twice; however it has taken my rewards. The phone number listed is stating to leave a message for a return call."

"Placed a breakfast order and got to the store at 10:25. I don’t get helped until 10:32 because it’s very busy. I’m told my order was canceled because I got there after 10:30. They had my order ready, they just couldn’t give it to me. 9/10 other chic-fil- A stores would’ve either just given me the food or done something to make it right. Never going to this location again."

"My husband and I came here at 8:40 PM. I had just come from the ER. I wanted to stop to get something to eat after my long ordeal at the hospital. I wanted to go in and sit down and eat. I know they were getting ready to close inside, we proceeded to sit down at a booth a girl watched us that was cleaning the booths sit down after we get our meals we start to unwrap everything and we were going to eat. She came over and said this is closed and I said what is closed she said right here there’s a sign here the sign ,It said it was clean and I said well we just messed up the table because we sat here and put our hands on everything and you didn’t say anything when we sat here. I said, I just wanna relax and sit down. She said I’m sorry it’s closed , I didn’t appreciate her attitude and it was not very Christian family oriented. I don’t see what we were hurting by dirtying up one table. I got so aggravated that I picked up our stuff and went to another one in the store. Turns out they were cleaning that one, but they did not harass us to move but I got the feeling that we weren’t wanted and then I got the feeling that it’s OK to take peoples money but don’t have customer service .so they really don’t wanna be bothered and I don’t think, this is the Christian values that Chick-fil-A started out with this restaurant business. The food was good as always I just hope that they review this and correct their people on how to treat people."

"Terrible service. The bacon is never cooked all the way and they always mess up my order. Today I told them I do not want a bag because they charge a .05 cent bag fee. They lied saying the health department will not allow them to serve take out without a bag. When I offered them mine to use they denied and and charged me the fee which is illegal. Go to another location that tells the truth."

"A few weeks ago, I stopped by this restaurant to try out “Chick-fil-A Original Chicken Sandwich.” It came with 2 slices of pickles and without mayonnaise or a slice of cheese in the toasted bun, priced at $5.19 (excluding 6% Maryland sales tax). And to my surprise, the fried chicken was warm, moist, and flavorful. However, without those buttery brioche buns, many customers will eventually go someplace else for the lower-priced and better-tasting chicken sandwiches."
