"Expensive. Unhygienic. Employees touching clothes, cap, scratching heD while packing gloves. Same gloves were worn for atleast 15 minutes while they were walking around all over the places and touching. I tried once, won't again."
"The store got nice service, but the beef patty was bland and flat. The crinkle cut fries were soft, airy, and crispy. Still, the fries portion was small relative to its price. It should be $2.5 instead of $3.99. The store's room was large for its employees to move around and clean and organized. And, I noticed that 1 of the kitchen employees accidentally dropped 1 piece of fries without getting another new one to the customer's order. Don't be so stingy, Shake Shack!"

"Ordered a burger and fries. Asked for a cup of tap water, but was told they had no water at restaurant, only bottled water. Fries were lukewarm, and burger was burnt. Will go to Bethesda location instead. They didn't even put one napkin in the bag, and and none were available on counter."
