"I wanted to post an update since my last review. I’m so impressed at the professionalism and follow up I received from the manager after my feedback. Ms. Robertson was thoughtful. Kind and helpful in discussing what happened and she also rectified the situation by providing gift certificates so we can have another opportunity to go back to the restaurant. Thank you for taking care of your customers. We are very pleased with this outcome."
"Affordable and comfortable restaurant! The Caesar side salad was delicious and surprisingly big and the croutons were different types of bread. The pepperoni pizza was also great! With cheese and chilli flakes on the table. The service was super friendly too."
"When I was getting a pizza I ordered for pick up, even though they were not busy at all, I was directed to go look for my pizza on a shelving unit myself. It was not there. I was so excited to be eating a ledos pizza and I was called to the counter by another employee who had it. I was really hungry and I opened it in my car to eat a piece. It was so overdone I didn't finish the 1st piece. I didn't even bother to bring it back to my family for dinner. I threw it out. . What a shame that you have a branch, and hopefully it it's only the 1. I don't have any interest in dealing with your company again. It is a pain to have to be doing this and I had expected to enjoy my meal and not to be contacting you about it. I ordered it for time saving and convenience. I received neither."
"Generally I really like ledos pizzas but GOOD GOLLY, This location just takes it up a notch! Quite possibly the best Ledos restaurant (period). My 'well done' pepperoni and sausage pizza was cooked to perfection and everyone at the counter were very nice to deal with. Will go out of my way to come back in the future"
