"I went in to get a bite to eat before work..... the service was very bad this time... I guess the manager was working subway... so I went in nobody behind the counter so a heavy set woman with tattoos all over her arms was sitting in the dinning area on the phone.... She had a very bad attitude because she didn't want to work and she just sat down.... she was very rude and ignorant talking on her phone to her boyfriend talking about someone about to get shot. She snatched my coupons and started at it for 2 minutes before starting.... I told her I got to go to work and she went even slower...... If I see her behind the counter the next time I'm going to keep going"
