"Did my taxes with Mr. John in the past and he was awesome, def miss his presence! I had my taxes done today with Liliana, she was very kind and pleasant. She gave good advice. The receptionist/secretary lady was polite & caring each time. Another tax preparer helped me to make copies while Liliana was away and she used the term "we" which I thought was nice because it shows they're team players. I was just disappointed about the price being different from the previous several years considering this year was not as fast but I guess it is what it is! Overall I'm satisfied..4.5 ~thank you!!"

"The tax preparer was kind and did give me some good advice. However, during our meeting, she answered the phone several times which I found to be rude. The copy machine was not working so she spent awhile trying to fix that (unsuccessful!) I understand that things break, and I do not blame her for that, but I felt that my time was just not respected throughout the entire experience. For the absurd amount of money I paid for this appointment, I felt that the service and building were not professional. I felt taken advantage of, disrespected, and insignificant. I’m in college and working part time so the price of this unprofessional service was particularly disappointing to pay. I did receive a 20% discount, which was appreciated. However, the price I paid was still double what I’ve ever paid in the past for much better services. Overall the entire experience was disheartening."
