"Better hours than any other bank in the county. Mortgage rates beat every bank and online mortgage company. Safe deposit boxes readily available. Helpful and friendly staff. My only issue with TD is their savings rates and the worst. Look elsewhere for savings accounts with interest. All other baking is good here."

All other banks I had done business with in the past pales by comparison to TD bank's Leesburg VA. Branch."

"AVOID THIS BANK! This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. After 5 months I closed my account today. The ATM machine at the Leesburg branch is frequently out of service. The telephone customer service routinely has a 20+ minute wait. I only.opened the account because a of cash back reward they were offering, but then they told me I wasn't eligible because I opened the account online (that fine print), but that's a long story. Based on my experience I strongly recommend avoiding this bank and it's promotions. There are far more banks with straight foward promotions, no required minimum balances for regular checking accounts, better customer service support. Additionally, a teller once told me they were unable to cash a check of mine from another bank without there being a fee or I could avoid the fee by depositing the check. None of my other banks have that policy. Again, AVOID THIS BANK!"
