"Popular location at Leesylvania State Park, at Freestone Beach. Used for fishing and sightseeing. A walk along the pier takes you from Virginia to the Maryland waters of the Potomac River.."
"Dock is almost always slammed with 6 guys and 30 fishing poles. Each. J/K People ARE ALWAYS FISHING TOO MANY RODS therefore its a waste of 10 bucks. If you did lauch a kayak and go 100 yards off the beach you will catch catfish after catfish good size too. 18 night crawlers gone in 2.5 hours . Its a shame about the dock i asked one guy to make room and reel some rods in so others could fish but he didn't speak English..... ON ANOTHER SIDE NOTE AS OF FEW WEEKS AGO THEY HAVE CANCELLED NIGHT FISHING HERE AND IT REALLY SUCKS BECAUSE IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA AREA THERE IS NO OTHER NIGHT FISHING AVAILABLE AT PARKS THAT ARE ALWAYS OPEN DUSK TO DAWN."
