"Food and service was just no where to be closer to what I had expected. Even silverware, I had to remind and ask for multiple times. Water had to be asked for. The bill at the end had to be again asked for after sitting idle there and could not find the waitress. No go for any recommendations."

"We ordered via VELOCITY WINGS SOUTH RIDING’s website tonight. We specifically requested blue cheese for the wings (which by the way, they charged us over $17 for 10 wings), and celery & carrots. Wings were delivered with RANCH DRESSING & the celery & carrots were covered in RANCH DRESSING!! My husband called the restaurant to inform & the woman manager told him he needed to call UBER to request order being corrected…UNBELIEVABLE!!! She said he could come to the restaurant to pick up blue cheese dressing and celery & carrots!!!!! When my husband asked her for her name (manager’s), SHE HUNG UPON HIM!!!!!!"

"Stopped by here at the South Riding location, on a weekend afternoon on the way back. There's a gas station right next door, and I was low on gas. So coming back, I ordered burger to-go from the website I believe. Ordered the Velocity Burger, w/ the free fries on side. I wish I could say it was decently priced, but honestly burgers these days are all over 10$ and it's hard to find a baseline to compare it to. It is nice that it included fries though. Burger came with cheese, lettuce, tomato and a single beef patty. It was decent. Fries were, likewise decent. I got my to-go order but decided to dine in after all. I figured they were running a skeleton crew or something, and didn't seem to have a whole lotta customers, so I decided no one would mind after all. I got me some napkins and ketchup packets, and just finished my lunch at the joint itself. Wish i could say it blew my socks off, but it was only decent. Filling, though. I will give points for that. I enjoyed it, but not overmuch. Will I be back? Who knows. Maybe to a Velocity Wings in another location, and maybe when they have specials going on, on their burgers or wings or whatever's popular. Would I recommend? I will say, im not the best person to ask here. I only had their signature burger combo and it was so-so. I recommend giving it a shot though. Who knows, I might be back too, one day."

"We're visiting from out of town and noticed there daily specials, so we decided to try them out... Best decision of the day, Atmosphere was great. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Burger was outstanding. Definitely will be back"
