"Absolute, worst customer service! Servers are rude and inconsiderate. The last time I went through the drive-through, there was no one behind me, and I asked for one moment to decide what I was going to order for my children and I. The server insisted that we come inside instead of giving our order in the drive-through. I told her I just needed one moment, and she refused to take our order. We took our business elsewhere that day. Highly recommend taking your business to any other restaurant than this one."

"Ordered 1 burger, 1 combo meal and 1 kids meal. This was a mobile order that I personally picked up. The nuggets were hard and cold, no straw or condiments as requested. Worst yet, the kids meal was a burger. They literally packed a bun with nothing in it. I have never seen anything like that happen before at a fast food spot. They literally packaged up a bun with nothing on it. How bad do you need to be not paying attention to make that type of error. Tried to call the store just to let them know what happen but no answer."

"Wow! I'm speechless with this one guys. I tried to use the $1.99 kids meal coupon that comes with the boo books and the lady at the drive thru window (older Spanish lady, I believe she was the manager) refused to take the coupon! She said it's not a coupon and just the cover of the boo book. I asked her to read the coupon and she refused, so I read it out for her. She refused to listen and just kept yelling "No no no it's not a coupon!" I tried to read it multiple times and she just kept talking over me. I then told her then why is it the other Wendy's accept it? I've used it at three other Wendy's. She just kept repeating the same thing. This was Tues, 10/24, around 10pm. To the owner of the store, please hire competent employees with better attitudes! Unless you want to continue to lose business."

"Not sure why the low rating. We come here every other Saturday. Food is always hot and fresh. Never have any issues with anything. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes the soda machine is out of syrup but I say something and they make it right. The other Wendy’s in the area are pure garbage but this one is nice."

"I ordered just 2 biscuits with honey butter. Past experience with wendys different location was good. These biscuits old, soggy and overcooked. Biscuits should be flaky lightly buter and fresh. It was 8 in the morning. New location poor management or Training. It's food all you have to do is cook it, not make it."
