"Music blasted at insane decibels. You are a hookah bar, not a night club. People come here to talk, lay back, and relax. Hookah bars are pubs with hookah, except you don’t get hearing damage in a bar. I guess you’re trying to cater to a market that loves noise levels where you can’t even hear yourself let alone others sitting inches away from you."
