"I actually love my beautician, Karyn, at Shear Designs. I've been trying to get an appointment for >6 months. 2x I was told the person is new, never heard of her, and wouldn't take a message. There are closed days when voice mails I left weren't returned later. When I try to book online, Karyn has no available time. I just took an appointment for a shampoo, cut, + blow dry for 1.5 hours before my drivers license renewal out of desperation. I left a message to say I MUST be at MVA on time. (Appointment should end 30 minutes earlier.) During posting, the time was cut from 1:45PM to 1. I'm struggling not to switch locations."
