"Terrible terrible job. I can't even believe I was charged for this service. I got dip and I have never in my life seen the way this lady did this. Less than 30 min from the time I entered the salon until I walked out, unbelievable. I can't even understand how you call that a great job or experience. I kept thinking ok maybe this is something I haven't seen before but then she was done. The corners of the nails down by the cuticle not even done nicely, this was absolutely a crazy experience, a terrible one. Didn't even file may nails except like a weakness little touch on my nails.. I am still sitting in my car so baffled that this place is still operating. I will never step foot in this salon and no one else should either. Can't believe they are still in business with actions like this. I can't even stress enough don't waste your money or time."

"Horrible experience. The nail tech had no clue as to how to paint nails, remove dead skin and when I asked her to fix the nail with the white on the nail bed she replied that it was above her because she used a nail bit to rough up my nail bed so the nail polish would stick to it. I’ve gotten enough pedicures to know you don’t do that. 75 dollars down the drain."

"Where do I begin. This the best salon I've ever been to in my life. I just moved to this area and made the mistake of going to Salon across the street. Star Nails made me bleed, cry, and damaged my nails. In addition, the quality of the work was terrible at best; uneven texture, different size nails, overall inconsistent. Some locals i know told me it was a huge mistake and to never go anywhere but Natalie's. I walked into Natalie's after my cut up fingers healed and they took off the bad nails. The salon was very homey feeling. Everyone was chatting and so incredibly sweet. Natalie was able to fit me in the next day and *chef's kiss* the whole experience was more than stellar. I will NEVER EVER EVER go anywhere else EVER AGAIN. The pictures don't do justice on how beautiful they are. Thank you Natalie, Tran, and staff you guys are home. i can't wait to go back ❤"

"I LOVED the work they did!! I used to go to a place in Manchester that did just average work. When I walked in the door at Natalie's I was welcomed in. They took the time to fix my acrylic nails that were all messed up from the other salon.( I dont even want to get into that...) And I walked out knowing I found the nail salon I was looking for!! The prices are great. I love it here."

"This is the 2nd time I tried Natalie's with dismal results, two different people. I made an appointment for thin dip manicures for myself and my daughter. We arrived on time but had to wait roughly 20-30 minutes. I reiterated when we got there and when they sat me down I wanted a thin dip manicure. They confirmed they could do it each time. After the 1st layer of dip, which looked good, the lady was trying to apply a second coat but of gel. I interjected I wanted dipped nails, that mixing dip and gel did not last but 2 days the previous time they did that to me. And, here begins the frustration - why did they sit me with someone who can't do what I asked 3 times to get done? At that point I was stuck. The place was packed. She dipped my nails multiple times, way more than 3, her attempts at filing them were not good. Ended up with lumpy nails, a mix of dip and gel and one hand filed rounded and the other filed squared. Not once did anyone, including Natalie, who was sitting next to us, ask if we were satisfied with our nails. Natalie did say they guaranteed their work for 10 days as I was going to the register. So she new I was unhappy but did nothing to help. So folks, they will provide a service you didn't want, in a poor manner, let you pay & leave, then ask you to come back and pay for them to correct it. Not a place I would go to again!"
