"I called to make an appointment, and someone named “tonya” answered the phone, I asked if they had openings and what times? Usual phone conversation and she said sounded extremely inconvenienced with my call and just being rude to the point I felt uncomfortable booking and said “I’m sorry actually never mind thank you for your time” this is only the second time I’ve ever gotten my hair cut usually I do it myself but I wanted layers and that’s a little too tricky to do on myself. I hope tonya is just having a bad day… to be so bad over the phone that I don’t even want to book with this establishment is really unfortunate."

"Today I had a haircut at the Hair Cuttery Town Mall in Westminster, MD, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The stylist assigned to me was Taylor, and I must say I was completely unimpressed with her service. Taylor appeared to be completely disinterested in cutting my hair. Throughout the appointment, she had a lackluster attitude that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It's essential for a stylist to be engaged and enthusiastic about their work, and Taylor fell short in this regard. What frustrated me even more was her lack of professionalism during the haircut. Taylor seemed to be in a hurry and cut the majority of my hair with one hand on her hip. This lack of care and attention to detail was evident in the final result. I was left with an uneven and messy haircut, which was not at all what I had hoped for. To make matters worse, after completing the haircut, Taylor did not bother to comb out my hair properly. This left me with uneven strands, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. My experience at the Hair Cuttery Town Mall with stylist Taylor was a letdown. I walked out with a horrible haircut and a strong feeling that my business was not appreciated. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment, and I would caution others to consider their options carefully before booking an appointment here."

"Westminster Hair Cuttery is awesome. My hairstylist, Tonya is very professional. She took the time to listen and more importantly understand the issues I have been having at other salons. My hair is short and for months pior to coming into Hair Cuttery my hair was embarrassing, cut n color were a mess. Bottom line, I truly appreciate feeling good and wearing a smile when I leave the salon. Thank you Westminster Hair Cuttery!"

"Tried giving this place another chance, terrible customer service. I made appts for my 2 girls and we walked in at 4:09, waited behind an older man checking out and when we were next to check in the woman said she had already given our appts away. I asked her what the policy was and she said 10 mins. I said we were there at 4:09 and clearly they had already taken people back by that point. She was not sympathetic either - basically like too bad and didn’t even give us the option to wait until those people were finished. I asked for a managers contact information and she said she was the manager. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone - I only made the appts at this location because it is the closest and more convenient. Manager needs to be re trained!!"
