"SAFETY WARNING I placed a rapid order pickup for 2 soups and 2 sandwiches i picked it up without problem then got home and bit into a sharp bone fragment in the turkey chili. I contacted support and received no response please be careful if you have children this is definitely a hidden danger. This bone sliced the roof of my mouth and panera didn't respond so please watch out for your food, the business doesn't seem to worry about the consumers's safety"

"I'm not too crazy about the food. The only reason why I went there is because I had a gift card that somebody gave me. The food is kind of high and they don't give you enough. I don't hate it but I would never go there unless I have a gift card. The food is not nasty but it's not the best tasting food I have ever tasted"

"Very slow on the day we went. Not all the prep people were in the game, so to speak. Only a few people ahead of us, but still a long wait compared to what we are used to at Panera. On the plus side the orders we got were very good and seemed to be a bit more filled than usual."

"I received an incomplete order last week (chicken was missing from a salad) and called to let management know. My name was taken and I was told to return and ask for management. Upon returning, the manager (the same individual I spoke with when I called), was again very apologetic and went out of her way to ensure the salad was made properly. This Panera is not the one closest to my residence, however I come to this one because they generally take care in preparing the orders. Today, Sharnella and her team gave me another reason to continue coming to this location - great customer service and care. Thank you for your kind, quick service (with a smile), and attention to detail!"

"These bowls were not even half filled. $12 per Bowl. The chicken Frontenga sandwich was also lacking any filling. It was late in the evening , the food seemed rushed."
