Chipotle Mexican Grill 8652 Pulaski Highway, Rosedale, MD 21237

"I wondered why this place had lower stars and I see that it’s incorrect and it should be lower.. I watched one guy slow the line down by just stopping the lady and slowly scooping out beans, (slight thing) but then they had no fajitas (slight thing) then this young lady left her station with a long line to get a charger and pull the phone out of the pocket of the other young lady on the line :/ so that she could charge her phone for her. I look over to the carry out station and that young lady is visibly on her phone :/ when you could be helping the line. The young lady who had her phone plugged in decided to wipe the counter but took about 2 minutes doing it while 7 bowls sat there. The salsa all looked dry like that’s not how their salsa look and didn’t look good but surprisingly was still good. The only other good thing is that these new and seemingly uninterested people dump big scoops of food into your bowls ( if you’re into that kind of thing). Would not recommend or come back because of the service, atmosphere and lack or professionalism. Another customer said they have a high turn over rate which is why it’s like this (clearly) and yes they deserve 1 star!"

"I went inside to place my order, they were only taking online orders. I decided to take a look at their food because the display glass was splattered with old food drippings, the food appeared to be old, there were some empty spots where food had been, those had not been cleaned and food was stuck on them, the prep counter still had spillage from food sitting on it, and the staff was not using it to prep orders. The restaurant did not appear to be clean or appealing so I left. I do not plan to go back again ."

"I ordered delivery for a bowl with pretty much everything - rice, beans, protein, toppings etc. and they sent what you see in the picture. I was confused as to why staff would do something like this. If ingredients were unavailable there is a “call customer” option via UberEats or they could’ve thrown in a tortilla or something. Smh - leaving mans hungry now"

"The customer service is great, however why is there so much dust in the vents above the exposed food? This seems like a food health safety issue."

"This was my first time going here. I will never ever return to this location. It should be shut down is the kindest thing I can say about them. I wanted a meal that was posted on their menu board. I told the first employee that I wanted that meal but with chicken instead of the steak and I didn't want the black beans. So I asked her all was in it and she told me she didn't know that the other employee would help. So when that employee wanted to know what I wanted after the first employee put the rice and chicken in a bowl, I told that employee I wanted whatever the meal on the menu had and I pointed to it. I asked what were the ingredients to that meal and told her no black beans . I wanted to know what would be the ingredients it. She nastily told me she didn't no she wasn't no corporate Chipotle. I told her how can she be an employee and be the second one not to know what a meal consist of if they worked there. So I pushed through and told her what to put in my bowl buy when I got to the cashier ,I asked for the manager. She herself wasn't much help or knowledgeable either. During my conversation with the manager the employee who got nasty with me walked off and left. So the Manger asked another employee to do the duty of the employee who walked off . That employee refused and was cussing at the manager. The manager had to do the duty of the worker who walked off the job. They messed my child meal up ,it was dirty tables and the soda takes watery. My meal the first have I ate was really good. However when I ate my leftovers for lunch today the rice wasn't cooled all the way $53 for 3 meals and 3 drinks. I will be willing to try another location."
