"Wow! Just insane! I ate here last weekend and everything was amazing. I frequent fine dining establishments and I also own a fine dining restaurant. So when I say Sotto Sopra is incredible, I mean it. We started with the mussels and beet and goat cheese salad. The flavors pair so well together and the fried goat cheese took it to the next level. The sauce they make for the mussels should be sold by the quart. It’s that good. They even have delicious mocktails that my daughter loved. We tried the pork ossobuco, Frutti Di Mare, and Gnocchi Di Ricotta for our main courses. All of them were exceptional but the Gnocchi stole the show. For dessert we tried the pistachio tiramisu, crème brûlée, and cheesecake. Don’t skip dessert here. It’s a must. All dishes were beautifully plated and the service was next level. We never wanted for anything. Our drinks were always full. This is a must try! Thanks again for an amazing experience. It’s not just dinner folks. This place gets it all right."

"Derrick was excellent. Almost tooo good. It's almost like he should be working at the Green room at Dupont or Ruth Christ. Service went far and beyond expectations. Now, the bartender was a different story. I listened to him (Africa american) disparage his own race to a Caucasian female. He checked on every table to ask about their experience except those who had minorities seated. I gave the rating because one bad apple doesn't rotten the whole tree. Everyone else there was awesome and the steak. omg I have no words. Perfection doesn't do it any justice. The ambiance at night gives you life and comfort."

"Have been here twice and both times the food was incredible. Appreciate our server's recommendations as well when I asked about the pumpkin gnocchi v pumpkin rissotto. I had the pumpkin gnocci and would recommend. I would also recommend the pumpkin cake and pistachio creme brulee"

"Elegant and well rounded restaurant in downtown Baltimore. Between the ambiance, staff, and food quality you are going to enjoy a higher end experience. The Italian steakhouse style menu offers great variety and whatever you choose comes out looking delicious. Be sure to ask your server for their recommendations as they are very knowledgeable and care about your experience. In order to find a complaint you’d have to really look."
