"Order was wrong & thank goodness I went inside to get it. I always check before leaving. I never go thru the drive thru anymore because 95% of the time something is wrong. I don't know if they're not trained right or just don't care. Such a shame."
"I got drinks to go after waiting for 10 minutes. I didn't bother to look in my drinks. I did taste the diet coke and Dr. Pepper. I ordered an unsweetened tea as well. I get home and have added my Splenda. I began drinking it and noticed a sour taste to it. I shrugged it off. After the second gulp, I decided to look into it. At the bottom was mold! YES, BROWN MOLD! Just floating around at the bottom! I am feeling highly disgusted! I will be contacting the higher-ups! This is so nasty! I will also be calling the health department because clearly they aren't cleaning like they should be!"
"I took my students there to eat. The service was immaculate. They allow me to place the order the day before for my 12 students when we arrive to sit down for the food, it was brought out to us such a wonderful gesture!"
"I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwhich meal from McDonald's Rosedale location. 1. I went inside to pick up my meal that was visibly ready on the pick up counter. I asked for assistance twice and no one even looked at me even though they were serving others before I came in. The woman standing by pickup, looked at me, walked past me and proceeded to check other people out, when I was there first. 2. After I got my meal, I was disgusted at the poor construction and quality of my meal. In summary, I do not recommend this McDonald's for poor customer service, communication and meal quality."
"I haven't eaten at a McDonald's and probably over 3 years but I had to try to make rib because it's back Besides being almost $10 for a medium meal I was highly disappointed with the food The staff was great they got my order correct the line moved fast and I went through the drive-thru But that was crazy paying that much for the McRib sandwich Next time I think I'll stick with the crispy chicken or something"
