"after working in the pizza/carry out industry i never eat out but after hearing rave reviews i decided to try…food was ok, phone girl was very nice! average carry out food… the pizza was so bad i had to write this. i don’t know if it’s the dough or the sauce but take this is constructive criticism it’s awful. it reminded me of chuckee cheese pizza :("
"I’ve gotten pizza from Maria’s for years and never had issues. Ordered two XL pizzas tonight and was told it would be about 30 minutes. It’s been over an hour and I’m still sitting here waiting for my pizzas. I’ve watched them box up pizzas that are just sitting up on top of the oven. When I went up to ask about my order the young girl “checked” my ticket and said should just be a few more minutes. Still waiting. Not sure if they’ve made staff changes but it’s not what it used to be."
"I had my food delivered (took over an hour, but okay, it’s a Thursday evening) and it was horrible quality. To go box was beat up and smashed. Open faced sandwich had pretty much no gravy and was cold upon delivery. They did not include dressing with my Caesar salad. I called to let them know and they said they’d have someone bring it. They never showed. I ended up just giving the dry bread from the open face turkey to my dog and she even refused to eat it. Customer service and food is horrible. I definitely meant to order from the Maria’s on Taylor avenue and I will never make this mistake again."
