"Terrible. Cashier had the personality of a stick. Got 2 large fries... I think they were a day old. I said "Can I get fresh fries please, these are terrible" She snatched them out of my hand, shot me a dirty look, slammed them in the trash can and gave me two fresh ones without a word. ( I never post negative reviews)"

"Complete incompetence. I live near by and frequent this place regularly. About half of the time they get the order wrong. The other half the food looks and taste like it sat in a food warmer for to many hours. Unlike other McDonald’s this place will try and scam you. They will try to pass medium containers for drinks or fires off as large and small off as medium. Just go somewhere else."

"You really need to section off the drive thru lane so cars aren’t able to cut off cars that are already in line. I’ve seen cars cut in front of the line coming from the CVS side, and cars drive around the line as you enter the drive thru lane and jump ahead of everyone else. I’ve suggested this to several managers and the response is “ok, I’ll let someone know.” Picked up dinner today and got cold food and rude employees- including the manager. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for food when they weren’t even busy. Said hello and thank you to both boys at both windows and neither one said hello or even acknowledged me. They just handed me the receipt and food and walked away. Where are their manners?! I called the restaurant to let them know and the “manager” answered the phone with a “hello” and an attitude. I said never-mind and hung up because clearly she wasn’t going to get the point if that’s how she answered the phone."

"Let's keep it real simple. With the new general manager. Name is SHAWN. I had a messed up order in the afternoon and called spoke to him at the Fallston MD location. And couldn't have found or had a more pleasant and professional experience dealing with him. Good luck to you young man. I would hire him any day to work customer service in my place of business. Just an opinion, have a problem with that location. Ask for Shawn. If you have a legitimate concern or something may be wrong. I am sure he will do his best to keep you as a valued customer. Thank you."
