"I know these places are typically busy all the time but they really need to work on the entrance and how people wait. We used the app but still waited 20 mins on the inside after they called us in. The food was mediocre at best. I have eaten at TRH for quite a few years and this was the worst. They didn’t have Porterhouse steaks but they had it on the menu. They weren’t just out, they don’t serve Porterhouse steaks at all. So after I found that out, I told them they should just mark it off the menu with a Sharpie or something but they didn’t care what I was saying. I went a head and ordered prime rib rare. They were out of that. I understand that they run out of that early so…I ordered a ribeye on the bone. It was not good at all. Looked great but it was just a bad steak. My nephew ordered a hamburger steak with onions and bell peppers instead of mushrooms. They brought out raw bell peppers. I guess we just assumed they would be cooked along with the onions. We asked them to go throw them on the grill and they did promptly. 100% better cooked. My mom’s meal was great. Her 8 oz was done perfectly."

"Celebrated New Year's Eve at the restaurant with my family. Unfortunately, we waited nearly 2 hours for our meal. While the food remains excellent as I noted in a previous review, the extended wait time, despite empty tables, was impractical for families. Kids were hungry and not happy added more disappointment. This experience discouraged me from considering another visit to this location."

"I went on Veteran's Day. I served years ago and generally do not go anywhere on Veteran's Day. I decided to go to lunch here, they offered a fantastic meal, free of charge to Veteran's. I just showed my ID outside and received a voucher. They were very busy, so I waited about 20 minutes before I sat down. The hostesses were very nice and pleasant to me and everyone I observed them interacting with while I waited. Once I sat down, I was served by a gentleman with Uncle B on his name tag. He was great. Once the steak came out, he waited for me to cut into it and make sure it was cooked properly. I wouldn't have cared or sent it back, but it was a great touch that made me feel as though he was going above normal service for me. The food was great. Once I was done, I waited to make sure I didn't order anything over the voucher, I also wanted to thank my server and make sure I gave him a good tip. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service, food, and staff. Veteran's Day can be intense for me. Being in a crowded restaurant and reflecting on things that weigh heavy on me, it's an intense day. I really appreciate everything the staff did, how friendly they were on a busy and intense day, and the great food provided. It took several years for me to actually talk myself into going into public and interacting with people on Veteran's Day. I was pleasantly surprised and put at ease by the day. Thank you."

"Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse. The rolls are delicious per usual. Staff is very friendly and helpful, no surprise there either. Steak was cooked perfectly. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of were the fried pickles, but you can’t win them all. The wait wasn’t the best but our waiter kept the rolls, drinks, and appetizers coming so we were satisfied. This place definitely knows how to make some delicious comfort food!"
