"Today I had the buy one get one for a dollar Big Mac sandwiches one apple and one strawberry cream pie and a medium fountain drink. They bring the food to your table. No more standing there in front of the register. I am okay with that"
"Make sure when you order a double quarter to check the sandwich not just the box. Was here today order two double quarters and got single quarters in the double box.(1-11-24 around 2:30pm) Was also asked to pull forward to have a drink brought out."
"The food used to be good there but lately it's horrible. I used to go there every day but yesterday my cold coffee only had cream and coffee no flavoring. Today I went back and my chicken nuggets were raw and my coffee was dark for a cold coffee with a little bit of flavoring in it. The service is always good."
"The employees are nice, and I do think they're trying. But after today (Sunday 1-3-23 at 1 pm) I believe that there needs to be a mass training event planned. They were not working together or communicating properly. The drive through line was so long that multiple cars, including ours, got stuck waiting while just trying to pull out of the parking lot. The inside of the restaurant was chaos. Everybody was consistently double-checking to make sure that their orders weren't forgotten, as the wait time approached 20 minutes. When they received their order, almost all of the orders around us were incorrect and needed to be fixed. People were complaining that the fountain drinks tasted bad. After 25 minutes of waiting, our food was finally done and we just took it and went, not wanting to spend another second in that hectic mess. Upon getting home, we realized our order had been messed up too. They'd given us 3 cheeseburgers a box of 20 chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and (the only thing that was correct) a Happy Meal. So it's safe to say that somebody else, after us, was missing those items from their order. - I don't ever want to say that teenagers aren't good employees. They looked OVERWHELMED AND OVERWORKED, not at all like they were slacking off. The adult employees there throughout the weekdays deal with a much slower, steadier crowd. I think it's massively unfair to put a vulnerable demographic on a busy weekend shift, knowing that *management has not done an adequate job of training.* - I mostly find it unbelievable that McDonald's could not handle a Sunday rush, when they were once patronized by school districts going on field trips. If old McDonald's could handle 3 buses of students, I believe this newer grey modern looking nonsense McDonald's could probably hold its management more accountable for what's happening. If EVERYONE is struggling, management is the common denominator."
"My wife ordered on the app I went to pick it up pulled in the spot. The guy came out handed me the bag and we left. Came home to find out that they didn't give us a fish fillet and my daughters happy meal."
