"Been there twice first time i waited 15 no one waited on me i left second time i ordered from drive up was told to pull around and your food will be right out when i pulled around there were 4 other cars waiting for food after 10 more minutes 3 of is went in and got our money back 2 visits here and no food i will not return to this location p.s. if you order on the app you have to go back to it to get a refund"

"Food was COLD! Dirty tables and floors! Staff were young no boss insight, no one had gloves on as they were handling food! Staff were rubbing their eyes, wiping sweat off the foreheads, picking up papers off the floor while making orders!??? DISCUSTING FOOD HANDLERS! #6 people on the shift and they were all standing at the drive through window trying to get the orders correct!??? #7 cars in line and not one order being completed! Drive through customers were coming inside trying to get their orders! WILL NOT RETURN!"

"We were in the drive through while 4 people in the kitchen were doing nothing!! there were 2 girls sitting there on their phone not helping. no joke we were in their drive through for 10-15 minutes it was ridiculous. and when we got our food it was cold"

"Placed online pickup order and when I got their the cashier said be right with you . Np . So as I am standing their a Doordash person comes in with my food and drink . I was like hey you can't see name on it. He apologized. Has to be a better way than just putting takeout orders right by the door and just letting anyone take them . Food was hot and the order was right ."

"Almost every visit to this Taco Bell has been a nightmare for me, anything I order seems to be a dice roll of getting the right order. And alongside that most of the menu items listed in store are “not available”. This hasn’t been a one time thing as I’ve said it’s happened pretty much every visit I’ve made to this Taco Bell."
