"Giving this Taco Bell a 1 star because of my experience today. I ordered 3 soft tacos from this Taco Bell and I got 3 tacos in a hard shell. I told the employee to change the shell to a soft shell because it's the one I want and I don't like eating the hard shells from Taco Bell, then they gave me soft tacos with ingredients I did not ask for like lettuce and beef in my taco instead of having just chicken and cheese on my taco. I told the manager to make it right again after they got my order wrong for the 2nd time. I started to feel disappointed with the service I was getting. Then I was given a single soft taco in a bag and I asked for 3 soft tacos. The female employees in the kitchen got in an aggressive argument with the manager in front of me yelling you should've rang up for this. They finally got my order right after they got mine wrong 3 times. I am never returning to this Taco Bell ever again!"

"The food is always nice. But 7:56 pm on a Saturday, I get it's slow but when I gotta hear the employees loud talking about tummy tucks (ok yeah it's whatever lol it's just a conversation) and ( y'all's some monkey a__ n______, ) not exactly what I want to hear walking in to pick up my food."
"Work staff forgot everything but the actual tacos with the order, which were good, to be fair. We had to all them back to get our drink. And they didn't put the sauce in we ordered. Completely incompetent work staff."
"If I could give them zero stars I would. Whoever “N S” is don’t get food when they are working. Intentionally messed with my food all because I asked “oh can I get a Diet Pepsi” and then was looked at and said “did you order one?”. Watched the workers mess with my drink for about 1 minute before giving it to me. I’ll do everything I can to make sure they lose their jobs or the franchisee has repercussions."
