"Went in for all you can eat special, the waitress took 20 minutes to bring drinks then brought wrong drinks and lied about it, then she said the ayce special didn't have endless fries but it was printed on the menu and she said they were out of fries another lie the manager then brought 4 bowls of fries to the table and the waitress kept lying about not having cups for drinks to he refilled and the entire meal took over 2 hours because the waitress didn't care about service. The manager did apologize and discounted the meals."

"Service took a long time. Wine was hot. Tea was not tea but some strange juice. Broccoli tasted weird. Steak was ok. Other missing components from my friends' orders. Took a long time to order food, to get food and to get checks as we watched other tables being served faster. It was well before the dinner rush."

"Was here with my aunt, a friend, and my brother for his birthday on a Fri evening after 6. Not too loud. Cool vibes. Busy/packed but not crazy over-crowded; no line & maybe 1 big family + 1 couple waiting after we were seated. Pretty good food. With tip just a few $'s past $100 which for 4 ppl eating dinner out is a Steal (about $25/person.) Beautiful, Clean restaurant but table in front of me was not and a family about to be seated was like "So we can wait until the table is cleaned first." They had some deals and 2/$25, $28, or $32 was back. All food came out hot. And did not take long. Seems like much smaller portions now for premium entrees like Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp? Drink was big & tasty $6 Special but could have used more rum. Our Waitress was OK, and the wait staff there were alright...maybe not enough staff though? No 1 was very nice nor really rude in any super overt way. Kind of dim lighting BUT as long as they don't go as Nighttime DARK as Cheesecake Factory's lighting I'm good.✌️"

"Horrible experience ate their food and it was super acidic with no flavor. It peeled the roof of my mouth. And my mouth tastes bloody. My throat is sore and I just feel sick. I honestly wouldn't recommend the food here. I just don't feel right after. I had a terrible experience with the food. First time visiting the spot and it was a horrifying experience."

"The food was good but the service was bad. Our waitress brought out my grandsons food and a Boneless Chicken Wing Appetizer. After about a half hour we motion for her to come over. She said " Oh, would you like your check?" We said "we are still waiting for our food." Oh okay I'm sorry. Then she went and found our food. The order was still incomplete. My grandson was done eating and was then antsy. He was bouncing around in the chair. I told him not to be bouncing. Then she said something. I bit my tongue and didn't reprimand her and let her know that if the food had arrived when it should have arrived. We would all be gone. Never to return!"
