Multiple employees do not care, they talk down to you and act as if you do not matter. Best advice: transfer medication to a real pharmacy that cares about its patients."

Staff has failed to return promised phone calls, not given updates on medication coverage until we call multiple times to follow up on those calls that were not made and lied about processes and procedures. They have also not followed Dr instructions and not returned multiple calls from Drs and nurses to get status and fix pharmacy errors.They're actions have caused delays in treatments and procedures that could have been avoided if they would do what the say/claim they are doing."
