"Liberty Mutual just increased my auto insurance rates from $1900/yr to $2500/yr. That's WITH my 17% safe driver discount. They cancelled my discount, increased my rates by $600, refused to explain why, were condescending to me when I demanded to know what I was paying for, "Rates are going up everywhere, sir". Kathy in Customer Retention was appalling for customer service. I have ZERO incidents in past year. I called others, including other customers, and NO ONE has their increasing like this. They singled me out and then told me it was everyone. They lied trying to get money from me. Avoid."
