"This experience was great. There were 3 associates two gentleman and a female. She greeted us promtly and addressed our pick up order. As I checked the bag to confirm the order, everything was good and perfect and the fries were so good. The garlic parm, and lemon pepper wings were so good and flavorful. I complimented them all for the excellent customer service and great tasting food. Will try them again. Great job."

"Super disappointed today! The fries weren't seasoned after we asked for extra seasoning and the wings were dry. We normally love this wingstop but they were off tonight."

"Don’t think I have ever come across “sup man”, when you walk in, and then not a word when they hand you the bag, which they screwed that up. The other persons order they handed us, the wings tasted very bad (not sure how you get “spicy” but “flavorless”). Unfortunate as I was looking forward to decent wings. The fries were as bad, if not worse unfortunately"

"My last visit was a bad one. The time they took to make 20 wings was overboard 30 minutes. They gave me overcooked wings and they gave me all drums which I didn't ask for terrible service maybe my last time going there. Although I ate some of them because I was hungry I had to throw the rest of them out because they were overcooked. I also called in my order and was put on hold. I drove about 2 miles by the time I got out my car and walked to the store and opened the door was when the order taker said hello and I told the lady she just hung up on me."
