"This is shocking and never have had this experience before in my life! We have moved to Mary land recently and I happened to look for reviews for eyebrow threading. I took an appointment and got lost on my way as GPS was not working as it should because of the new construction areas and was not able to get to my appointment which eventually got cancelled. Later I have visited this place for eyebrows for 5-6 times. This time when I take an appointment, the women who works there confirms my appointment and when I show up, the business is closed locked and the lights are off, I was expecting that she might be on the way and call, no once takes the call. I reach out to her on FB messenger she responded as you did not show up once to your appointment so I did not think that you would would show up this time so I did not open!!!!!!!!! BEWARE please don’t miss your appointments no matter what as she she will take a revenge back at some point no matter how well you tip!"
