"Got my eyebrows waxed for $15. My eyebrows are significantly different. They didn’t hand me a mirror which I’m accustomed to at other places. I realize this is partly my fault because I was talking and distracted by my children. But if I’m paying for a service I would expect they would do it correctly. "I came to the Penney’s Salon in Frederick, because my favorite stylist, Kiki Healy, started working there. She listens to how I want my hair cut and colored, and I ask her opinion often. I live in Florida, a few months out of the year, and always try to wait out my cuts and color, so that Kiki can do it. She is always so helpful and pleasant! The salon is always clean and during the Covid 19 Pandemic, CDC protocol was followed. I’ve recommended Kiki, to one of my friends, when her stylist could no longer work."
