"Considering the area, I thought it would have been a great experience. The place was dirty. The shrimp was sitting out, and the bag was open. Nothing was being prepared with gloves on. A gentleman came from outside to the kitchen and started making orders. I can't say if he washed his hands or not. The person preparing my food touched my food with her bare hands and tried to justify why she. I was not happy and asked for it to be prepared again. Very unsanitary environment for an open cooking area where customers can see everything. My experience was not a good one, so I won't be going back."
"I ordered online for pick up. I arrived and my food was ready. Great! So I thought…problem #1 no utensil in the bag …Problem #2 I got all the way home and noticed my noodles were over cooked to the point it looked like a rope in sauce. (Please see pics) I found 4 ropes of noodles. It looked absolutely disgusting. Barely no sauce. … I called and spoke to a manager who not once apologized but said “okay”. I asked what “okay” meant and he said he will remake it. I left home again and had drive back. I get there and the manager never looked at the food that his cook was sending people home with (BEWARE). He gave me an expired coupon for a free bowl. I had to asked the nice cashier if this coupon was valid which she stated was expired. He left and came back with a buy one, get one free coupon that you can get in the newspaper. He did make me some 5$ cheesy bread . The bowl that he remade was dry and nasty. GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE, there’s so many competitors out here making the same NOODLES. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS WHAT SEPARATES THEM.this was my favorite location but for quality I will take the drive somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO OWINGS MILLS LOCATION. LITERALLY wasted my money on oodles and noodles. To give a customer who just ordered online and had to drive alll the way back to return their food ….a “buy one and get one” free coupon????!?!? Had to post this to my Instagram.. SAD"
"It was my first time trying the orange chicken, lo mein!!!! It was delicious. Although I didn’t really taste the orange chicken sauce. But I felt that it didn’t need it that’s just my personal preference."
"They are still they are still operating in pandemic mode, which is fine and means that everything is put in plastic containers inside a bag. The noodles were cooked well, the rice Krispy treats very tasty, and course we love the Coke machine that allows you to select any myriad of flavors of Coke products. However, the noodles were a little pricey."
"I like this chain. This is the first time I've eaten in this particular branch. The app gave me a free side dish. I chose the Korean BBQ meatballs. They were a bit disappointing. They tasted like ordinary meatballs in a brown sugary sauce. They were OK but not great. Today, they offered to substitute zoodles for noodles without the customary dollar charge. I liked the grilled chicken with a basil sauce with zoodles (noodles made with zucchini instead of pasta) and grated parmesan cheese. The dining area is neat, but the staff relies too much on the patrons to bus their own tables. In this place the patrons put their dishes and trash in the right places, but they don't wipe the table tops with a damp cloth. I looked around for a clean table, but I ended up sitting at a table that had less food fragments than the surrounding tables. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There are booster seats and high chairs. And there's ample free parking out front."
