"Great example of a high-end, made-to-order concept chain. Very much a "Chipotle" for poke. For those new to "poke", it's basically a fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian. I had the Aloha Bowl, the first option on the menu, and it was great (see picture). In future visits, I'll definitely try customizing. The facility in very chic and well branded. The staff was friendly and proficient."
