"Listen...I hate going here but it's the closest one to my house. The service is just...I have no positive words. Please for all things decent fix it... service, attitudes, timing...thank you."

"Came to order a meal, the guy at the window said cash only. My order came to be 16.09. So he said he has to round up to 17. This guy doesn’t know how rounding works. He wouldn’t give me my change back, nor did he want to give me a receipt. Said receipt machine is down, I came back the next day to say this to the manager but she just laughed at my face. Said something in Spanish to her coworkers and they all laughed. Whatever, thieving crummy McDonald’s. Terrible management and customer support."

"Well only thing I can say today is that I requested extra onion and pickles on my burger and was given only pickles. I told the girl that took my order and she informed the person that made the burger and she got me the extra onions. Next there were 4+ tables that were messy and I informed workers 2 that the tables needed to be wiped down and they all looked at the tables I pointed out and said it would be taken care of but the whole hour I was there waiting on my transportation no one came out to clean the tables which was just not acceptable. Staff must understand that they are responsible to keep the store neat and clean for dining-in guest. So someone should have stepped up to do the job which would have taken less than 5mins to get all the tables wiped off."

"Can’t judge atmosphere because we used the drive thru and we only ordered a frappe and strawberry shake with French fries. That’s what my mom and sister wanted and they demolished it before I could get them home so it was good. I don’t eat at McDonald’s and I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating at McDonald’s. If you do just get minimal stuff like sweet teas, shakes and frappes. 5 stars because we were in and out of that drive thru with no problems."

"Door Dashing at this site is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! y’all say y’all have a system where the dasher comes to the door and rings the doorbell after hours but y’all DO NOT HONOR THAT! Most of the time the pay is Pennies on the dollar and y’all have the nerve to embarrass y’all delivery drivers and have them in danger with irate customers who are mad the line is always wrapped around the building. I mean would you want your relative to be in harms way like that! It’s not right. Oh the drive through line is despicable if y’all can’t handle the business then do like the lazy one across from security mall and say you only except door dash orders."
