"After reading the reviews online for a new stylist, I chose Lori based on what I was looking for with regards to color and extensions; as well as her reviews from other clients. As a 65 year old grandmother, I was not looking for a younger hair style, but for someone who would listen to my wants. I’ve seen Lori three times in the last two months. The first visit, I expressed to Lori that I was looking for an all over color to correct the previous color from my last stylist. She listened to what I wanted, showed me color swatches, and mixed the exact shade I wanted to get closer to my normal hair color. I just had a root touch up with Lori this week, and we talked about putting extensions in since she knew I was not pleased with the cut from my previous stylist. I decided to go ahead with extensions, and Lori once again brought out the samples and matched my color perfectly. Lori knew that I was going out of town next week, and she graciously told me if the extensions came in before I left that she’d come in on her day off and put them in. Today, Lori spent two hours of her day off putting in my extensions, and then making sure the extensions were cut to match my length and then curl my hair as well...at no extra charge. I love my extensions! Lori is such a super friendly person who really wants you to be happy with your hair….be it color, highlight, extensions…whatever. I’m thrilled that I chose Lori! I’ve only seen her three times, but I feel like I’ve known her longer, and I feel like she knows my hair already. She truly listens to what you want, and she will offer advice on what she thinks will be best."
