"New management has the place feeling less classy and inviting. Can't even get in for an appointment. Always Polished never turned me away, appointment or not. I'm hoping they can reopen at the Cuittings Nail Spa soon."

"After a few ok experiences with pedicures (except I had my toenail come off after a time), I went in for a full set. It was not great, to say the least. Plus, after asking for a refund (which they did provide), I looked at my receipt and noticed 2 extra charges that made no sense whatsoever (fixing nail fee and upgrade charge, neither I asked for or recieved). I am happy that they did provide a refund after emailing (this is the only reason I gave a second star)"

"My first time here. My wife wanted me to go with her for a manicure and pedicure. It was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure and experience was very nice. I didn’t know what to expect but what I got was a pleasant and personal experience. I have to adjust my review. I saw the owner walking around and maybe I expect too much be he could have at least come by to talk to any of the patrons of his business and say something, he did not and when my wife asked for a certain mail ‘style’ she said he wasn’t very friendly."

"Place was beautiful. And for $65 + tip my nails should not be breaking off so easily putting clothes on a day later. They were thin and flat and poorly buffed. I’m just visiting from out of state and fairly new to dip with tips, so I thought it was normal. TWO nails have snapped MID NAIL BED from ridiculously simple tasks. The only time I’ve had a break this bad was shutting my fingers in the door. I’m so disappointed that my hands look like this for my vacation. It’s too painful to even mess with to make it look ok."

"I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years and have been searching for a new place to go. After months I think I have finally found it. Stopped by on a whim today and was so glad I did. I came in as a walk in and got a pedicure and acrylic fill in. Carmen did a fantastic job on my toes. It was relaxing and exactly what I was looking for. Henry did my nails and knocked it out of the park. He listened to me and worked to correct the issues I had with my nail shape. They look fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and the environment was super clean. I will absolutely be back and can not wait to bring friends and family with me."
