"Extremely rude pharmacy staff. The guy named frank with the facial peircings is a complete arogant prick, with a lousy attitude. He talks to customers like they are stupid."

"I have been waiting a week for the same script that keeps saying back ordered. They get it in and then don’t fill mine and it goes on back order again. I’m told they don’t order enough. I have been waiting on a steroid inhaler for a WEEK to BREATHE, and it’s just “oh we didn’t order enough” and keep pushing back when my script will be filled. This is ridiculous. Never getting scripts here again. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS, now it’s time to switch. This is ridiculous."

"We called first and were on hold for 10 mins. I hung up & my husband drove to the store to pick up my Atenolol. Then the CVS pharmacist called me from the Harleysville store on Allentown Rd & 113. That pharmacist was very caring. So I'm giving a mixed review bec of how long I was on hold & bec the other store reached out to me."

"The worse store, and customer service, I cringe to even have to deal with the pharmacy. They have lied to me in the past, and I was even harassed by the kid that answered the phone, which necessitated me to have to go there and confront him and the pharmacist with written confirmation, the line at the window is rarely less than 3 cars waiting, and going inside I have already seen the line as long as 10 customers. I have been in retail for over 25 years, and the only way CVS can stay in business is because of a lack of competition."

"The clinic is no longer walk in. You can only make an appointment to be seen. The people working at the pharmacy are great but the customers always have issues that hold up the line. Plan to spend at least an hour waiting in line no matter when you go to the pharmacy. I am sure you do not get paid enough to deal with some of the customers you do."
