"Having issues getting our delivery. We were supposed to get a delivery last week. No one came, and no one called us. Seems they are short staffed. Will be out of water today and their only solution was to come and pick up jugs. That is not a solution for our office. I was told our next delivery is in 3 weeks.... what?!?!? We should not be charged a rental fee if you can't deliver the water. the contract was for delivered water and the unit."

"I had originally given a 5 star review because installation was easy and we thought smooth. It has been a year. We bought a premium system for $9,000. The pump has stopped working twice, the system began to crystallize and corrode within 3 months, the technicians are never quite sure what chemical combination will work and our water often smells when the tank gets to half full (different techs produce different results). There is no emergency service number and no urgency to help once you have bought the system. Prior to this when we bought the house it had a 20 + year old Phelps system that had no problems but due to its age we decided to upgrade before there was a problem. Culligan came in at double the price of any other company but we decided good water was worth it. Huge mistake it’s been nothing but problems."
