"We are extremely disappointed with Oasis and their lack of professionalism and responsiveness in dealing with quality issues associated with the construction of our pool. Within days of the completion of the pool, it became apparent that there were problems with the wet edge finish. Alex, the owner of Oasis, acknowledged there was a problem and committed to “making it right”. Since that conversation several months ago, Alex has repeatedly made promises that have not been kept and has made several attempts of blaming items outside of his control. At this point, our calls and messages essentially go unanswered."

"I paid in full for a pool and patio over 150 grand. The company’s owner Alex, and his sales manager Danny, have been unresponsive to my request. My request for a the completion of my signed and paid contract. I sent text, emails and calls only to be thanked for my patience but no resolution. I very disappointed not only for the amount of monies paid but being lied to then ignored by the owner and sales manger. My cell remains quiet from Oasis Pools. As a business owner, I would honor what was contracted. I would stand by my word.I would hold myself accountable. I would be responsive and fix or offer solutions to the existing problem. Oasis pools builds beautiful landscapes but without all of the contracted REQUIRED PARTS it’s makes it impossible to enjoy fully. The owner Alex and sales manager Danny sold me a pool but unfortunately let my expectations down. So very disappointed that they leave me with no other course but a legal route. Buyer beware. SW"
