"Pharmacist lies about not receiving calls from doctors. My doctor called in twice. Said they never got either voicemail. Called my doctor, pharmacist refuses to talk to my doctor on my phone. Doctor calls again and they said it's too late now can't fill it go to the 24/7 cvs. Just top notch cvs."

"Got back surgery back in December, had prescription for pain meds that my wife went to pick up. They messed up the order then made it a hassle to get what was called in. I went 8 hours after back surgery with no pain medication cause they messed up. They fought us on the refills also every time my wife went in cause there computers were still reading the original mess up. Horrible"

"I've gone to this CVS pharmacy for over a year to get the same monthly prescription I've always used. Every single time I go to pick up my prescription there is a problem. The last time I went, the woman told me I had nothing in the system and that there was nothing she could do for me. I left and called my doctor, who confirmed that yes, as always my prescription was in fact in the system. I went to pick my prescription up today and they said that they needed an authorization before they could fill it for me, so I left. The Optum RX called me a few hours later to tell me that it was ready, so I drove to CVS only to have them tell me that yes the authorization came through but that they wouldn't be able to fill it for me until about an hour or so. This is just two examples of the seemingly unending issues of CVS pharmacy."

"After going to the cvs on west chester and waiting 30 mins for them to figure out they didnt have a birth control without red dye. They called your location. I was told that the birth control would be ready when I got there. I get here and you people make me wait another 30 mins unacceptable. I am now late for work because you and the other location lied to me. If you couldn't have it ready when I got there dont lie to me so I waste my time and I am late for work be honest so I can make a better decision for myself. You obviously dont care about people at all."
